Ambience, upgrade to better room category free of charge.
Dinner does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. Service could be better... Hotel seem for quantity not necessarily for quality as the 4-star status suggests.

The service was very good, including an extensive and savoury breakfast with the tasty varieties, fresh eggs plus standard european fare. The pool was excellent and I had soft drinks in the outdoor bar...

The most important was the staff - excellent and very helpful people. In overall the room was great-sized and luxurious and with excellent bathroom.

It's a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing hotel, staffed by friendly people.
We visited in July and, as previous reviewers have said, many of the facilities were closed (including the Vienna Cafe, the wellness bar, the night club and the Bianca restaurant). In addition, many of the lights were turned off, which gave the place a somewhat sombre feel. I think the owners/management need to decide what they're doing with the place in the summer; either open it completely or don't open, but this half-opening leaves guests feeling slightly cheated.

The room is relatively small but cosy and charming. The swimming pool (25 meters long) is a real pleasure!! The breakfast is very tasty.
The restaurant is good but also not particularly remarkable

Excellent value for money, we thought it was more like a 5 star hotel. We stayed in June and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The spa facilities are fantastic, the hotel decor is very good quality and the room was a very good size. We were on 1/2 board and this included a 4 course evening meal which was excellent with good choice every evening. We didn't go inside Lipka hotel but from the outside Bianca looks to be by far the better hotel.
The staff were a little unfriendly and the lobby music became rather annoying because you can hear it in the rooms. They do however only have it on during the day & turn it off in good time at night.

- originally designed hotel with friendly staff . - nice room with fruit basket and water bottle for reception
The place is not very attractive, for which the hotel is of course not responsible

Pool and cleansliness of rooms and hotel in general
Food was very average and prices outside the inclusive package were expensive, for example 1 coffee and 1 ham and cheese sandwich (not great) was €8!! Staff which checked room on checkout for minibar were extremely rude and burst into room as I was about to leave despite I informing them I was leaving room in next few minutes.

The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The interior is lovely and the pool and spa is great.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, the first time we were in a standard room, this time we were in a superior, there is no difference in the rooms at all!! The superior room was actually smaller! But saying that they are both nice rooms.

Had a great vacation with friends! We enjoyed the Yellow trail, perfect for kids, and the amazing views from the Black trail at 15m height. The mountains surrounding our stay were fine! The spa was really nice and the food was tasty. Just be ready for a bit of a crowd during meal times.
Our experience was slightly marred by the outdated room. Despite it being clean, the beds weren't comfy, and the lack of a fan made it too warm at night.
